It is important to note that Rhino warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the cue at hdmpool.com and is not transferable.

Under this warranty, we warrant that the Rhino products you have purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship including warpage. However, this Limited Warranty excludes coverage for:

Normal wear and tear
Certain components such as tips, ferrules, rubber bumpers, finish, and wraps or grips.
Defects resulting from modification, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance.
Damage associated with exposure to extreme temperature or humidity.
Previous repairs performed by a third party.
Modification of the product after initial shipment from us.

If it is determined that the claimed defect is not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will contact the original purchaser to offer a repair service, if applicable.
