We provide a warranty for Allincue-branded products, packaged in their original packaging, against manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase at hdmpool.com.
Manufacturing defects include substandard materials and errors in the production process. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by the user. For example, modifications to the shape or size of the product by the customer, as well as damage arising during use.
